- 演唱视频在完成分析后不会被永久存储在服务器上。

哼哼 ("we", "us", or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the 哼哼 application ("the App").

To provide vocal assessment and personalized practice services, we may collect:
- Singing videos and audio: Practice videos you record within the App, used for AI analysis of your pitch, rhythm, tone, breath control, posture, and other dimensions.
- Account information: Basic information you provide during registration (e.g., email address).
- Practice records: Your assessment scores, practice plan completion, and progress data.
- Device information: Device model, OS version, and other basic technical information to optimize the App experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely for:
- Multi-dimensional AI analysis and assessment of your singing.
- Generating personalized weekly practice plans.
- Tracking your learning progress and growth.
- Improving App functionality and user experience.
3. AI Analysis and Third-Party Services
To provide professional vocal analysis, your data may be sent to the following third-party AI service:
- Google Gemini AI: Used to analyze your practice videos and audio (including movements, posture, and voice), and to generate personalized practice plans.
Data is transmitted via encrypted connections. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any unrelated purposes. The App will ask for your explicit consent before using AI analysis for the first time. You can review and revoke this authorization at any time in Settings → AI Data Usage.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with industry-standard encryption.
- Singing videos are not permanently stored on our servers after analysis is complete.
- We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- With your explicit consent.
- As required by law.
- With third-party technical services essential for core functionality (e.g., AI analysis).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and review your personal data we hold.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
7. Camera and Microphone Permissions
The App requires access to your camera and microphone to record practice videos. These permissions are only used when you actively initiate recording. We do not access your camera or microphone in the background.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
